Winter Skin: I do Udo, do you?

If you want good skin and health then basically you have to work at it.  It doesn't come from nowhere, takes a little planning and time but you will see results.  Every winter I dread the cold, dread trying to avoid getting a cold and dread trying to shake it off as quickly as possible although I do my best to prepare my body with sufficient supplements.  The same goes for my skin and that feeling its had the life sucked out if it as I go from my warm, cosy home out into the cold, then back to central heating to then find the most steadfast moisturisers on the market.  But what if I also focused on my diet, would that hydrate my skin even better?

Party Season Essentials: Glitter On!

I wouldn't say I was a 'glitter' kinda girl but when these popped up the other day I instantly thought I want to try this nail duo from Ted Baker Beauty; a wearable gold called Golden Girl topped off with a glitter fest, Totally Twinkie.

I applied one coat of the Golden Girl shade, which was quick drying and although maybe I should have applied an additional coat I quite liked the effect and would happily wear this one it own.

Then two speedy coats of Totally Twinkie with fast drying results; perfect if you've very little time to create impact to your LBD or as a gift idea or 

if like me you prefer accents of glitter rather than the whole shabbang then this is for you; a flash of sparkle!!
